SkillsFuture Credit
You may use your SkillsFuture Credit to pay for undergraduate and postgraduate programme tuition fees, if you meet the following conditions:
- You are a Singaporean citizen aged 25 years old and above;
- You are enrolled in undergraduate & postgraduate programmes approved by SkillsFuture Singapore Agency.

How to Submit a Claim for SkillsFuture Credit
- Enrol in the programme of your choice. Please ensure the that the programme is eligible for SkillsFuture Credit prior to enrollment.
- Inform your School that you plan to use your SkillsFuture Credit (fully or partially) to pay for the course fees and request a Letter of Confirmation (e-copy).
- You can submit your claims either:
a. Within 60 days before the course starts
Submit your SkillsFuture Credit claim with the required supporting documents, including the Letter of Confirmation on the SkillsFuture Portal.
OR
b. After course commencement:
Submit your enrolment/registration documents and E-bill as supporting documents on the SkillsFuture portal. The latest you can submit your claim is before the E-bill due date.

Important:
- Please do not pay to NTU the amount that you intend to claim using SkillsFuture Credit, as it may result in a rejected claim.
- SkillsFuture Credit cannot be used to pay for miscellaneous fees, deposits (if applicable) or advance fee collection. They can only be used to pay for the outstanding tuition fees, after deducting the deposit/advance fee payment.
- When indicating the course commencement date in your claims, it should be the 1st day of the Semester or Trimester teaching week as per the Academic Calendar. e.g. commencement date for Semester 1, AY2025/26 would be 11 August 2025 and Trimester 1 would be 4 August 2025
