Nanyang Research Programme Junior Researcher (NRPjr)
The Nanyang Research Programme Junior Researcher (NRPjr) is a sister programme to the Nanyang Research Programme (NRP).
It is targeted at Secondary 3 students in selected Secondary Schools, and Year 3 and 4 students in Integrated Programme (IP) Schools, offering research topics from NTU’s Colleges as well as the National Institute of Education.
NRPjr will require students from the same school to work in a pair and be supported by a teacher mentor who will work closely with the students and their Supervisor.
Similar to the NRP, participants in NRPjr will undertake eight months of research activities under the charge of an NTU faculty. The period of research will run from April to December. NRPjr will culminate in the submission of the Research Paper (in January the following year) and the Oral Presentation Assessment (in late February/early March).
