Clinic on Campus
Raffles Medical Group, NTU’s appointed campus healthcare provider, will reopen the renovated NTU Campus Clinic at the University Health Service Building on Monday, 2 March 2026.
With the reopening of the renovated clinic, the temporary clinic at the Nanyang Auditorium Annex will cease operations on the same day.
General Practice (GP), Psychiatry, Vaccinations, Pre enrolment / Pre-employment medical check-up & Statutory Medical Examinations services will be offered at the renovated clinic from 2 March 2026.
X-Ray services will be available from 31 March 2026, and Dental services will be available from 1 April 2026.

1. When will Fullerton Health stop operating on campus?
Fullerton Health’s services will end on 31 December 2025.
2. Who will be the new clinic operator?
From 1 January 2026, Raffles Medical Group will provide on-campus clinical services.
3. Will there be a change in co-payment for staff and students?
No, there is no change to the co-payment rates for consultation/medication to the Raffles Clinic @ NTU.
- For staff, $5 per consultation (including standard medication)
- For students, $3 per consultation (including standard medication)
4. What happens to my medical records?
All medical records from Fullerton Health will be automatically transferred to Raffles Medical Group. No action is needed from you.
5. When will the clinic at University Health Service reopen?
Raffles Medical Group will officially reopen its renovated clinic at University Health Service Building on 2 March 2026. The temporary clinic at the Nanyang Auditorium Annex will cease operations on the same date.
6. Can I still go to Raffles Medical clinics in town?
Students: You can, but it is not recommended. We suggest visiting AIA panel clinics instead, as these are reimbursable. You can find them in the AIA+ app.
Staff: Yes. Visits are allowed, but they are reimbursement-based and capped at $40 per visit. Cashless service is available only at the NTU campus clinic and Fullerton Health clinics.
7. How do I submit insurance claims?
Students: Submit your claim through the AIA eBenefits app or web portal.
Staff: Submit your claim through the Aon Care+ app or web portal, accessible via FlexBen@NTU.
