The Chancellery
The President of the Republic of Singapore is the Chancellor of the University. As the Head of the University, the Chancellor is vested with the authority to confer degrees, and when present presides over Convocation ceremonies.
The Chancellor may appoint Pro-Chancellors to assist in the exercise of these functions. There are currently four Pro-Chancellors appointed by the Chancellor.
