To be eligible for Adult Learners Scheme, applicants must:
- Be a Singaporean Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) throughout the duration of study.
- Be at least 25 years old in the year of matriculation; or possess at least 4 years of working experience (individuals who have fully discharged their full-time NS liability will have 2 years counted towards their full-time work experience).
Shortlisted applicants may be invited to attend an interview.
Students, regardless of nationality, should apply under one of the following five groups that corresponds to their high school qualifications.
In the application, please provide the working experience (at least 4 years of working experience) at the Application Status Menu (via the Check Status link based on your application group).
