NTU must perform Goods Receipt
NTU's transaction rule mandate that Goods Receipt (GR) must be performed before supplier can submit invoice through Ariba Network. 

Reminder: Goods Receipt Notification
Please turn on notification for Goods Receipt performed by NTU. You will be notified via email once NTU has done Goods Receipt. Please refer to the user guide.

Please remind the requester of the PO to perform GR if you do not receive a GR notification after you have delivered the goods or performed the services.
