Information for Graduates

NTU Convocation for the Class of 2026 will be held from 21 July to 1 August 2026 at the Nanyang Auditorium.

All Convocation-related information will be sent to graduates via their NTU email account. Graduates are kindly advised to reactivate their NTU email account if it has been deactivated. For more information, please refer to the FAQ.

Important Dates

15 May - 30 June 2026	Make an appointment via the Serangoon Broadway homepage to place order for your Academic Dress. Please use the ceremony code sent to your NTU email to login.
15 – 30 June 2026	Register your attendance via Convocation Online Form. (For graduates completing their studies in Trimester 3, the Convocation Online Form will be accessible from 18 to 30 June 2026.) Ballot for an additional guest invitation. Results of the ballot will be released from 15 July 2026 onwards.
4 June – 19 July 2026	Collect your Academic Dress from Serangoon Broadway.
15 July 2026 onwards	Check your NTU email for your assigned ceremony details, QR code and guests tickets.
21 July – 1 August 2026	Attend your ceremony. Graduates and guests are advised to arrive at the Nanyang Auditorium one hour before the start of the ceremony.
From 5 August 2026 onwards	Graduates who are not attending the Convocation: Collect your official documents at One Stop @ SAC (on an appointment basis).
1 - 31 August 2026	Return your Academic Dress. (if applicable)
