Admission for Guests
Each attending graduate can invite 2 guests to attend the ceremony and may ballot for an additional invite if required.
Only registered graduates and guests, who have completed the full COVID-19 vaccination regimen (i.e. had two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or any World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccine) at least 2 weeks before the Convocation ceremony or possess a valid negative pre-event COVID-19 result, are allowed entry into the event area.
Graduates and guests are advised to arrive at the Nanyang Auditorium one hour before the start of your Ceremony.
All participants are to adhere to the prevailing safe management measures before they are allowed into the event area. These include:
1. SafeEntry via TraceTogethef token / app,
2. Verification of valid negative COVID-19 test result/ vaccination proof.

Once registered, a sticker will be issued to you. Please stick the sticker on your clothing and follow the directions of the usher to the nearest available seats. Ushers will direct you to level 2 once the stall seats are filled up.
No Mingling in Nanyang Auditorium
Face mask must be worn at all times within the event area.
Please refrain from bringing big/bulky bags to the Convocation as they will not be allowed into the auditorium.
Children who are 6 years and below will not be allowed into the auditorium. Mobile devices are to be switched off or set to silent mode during the ceremony.

Guests must be seated in the theatre 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Seating is on a first served basis at the stall seats (at basement 1) and circle seats (at level 2).
As the convocation is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony and to refrain from leaving the auditorium during the ceremony.
During the convocation ceremony, guests must not leave their seats to take photographs, so as to avoid obstruction to the graduates as they move up the stage and back to their seats. Orders for on-stage close-up shots may be placed with the official photographer.
At the end of the ceremony, graduates and guests would be requested to leave the auditorium. Please follow the instructions from the ushers.
