All NTU students are encouraged to register on CAO's complimentary online mentorship platform, NTU ConnectingMinds, to meet industry mentors who will help develop skills in your areas of interest. These mentors come from all industries, within and beyond the NTU Alumni network. NTU ConnectingMinds is the perfect platform for you to gain one-on-one mentorship experience, to guide you in your career exploration and a smooth transition to the workforce.
Gain first-hand career insights and industry perspectives through CAO's Corporate Mentorship Programmes. Connect with experienced professionals from leading organisations across sectors such as Engineering, Finance and Tech, build meaningful industry networks, and gain practical advice on navigating career choices, developing workplace skills and preparing for the world of work.
Through these corporate mentoring programmes, students can learn directly from industry practitioners, broaden their understanding of different career pathways and gain a clearer perspective on the skills and experiences employers value.
LevelUP! is a 3-month mentorship programme under NTU’s "Connecting Minds" community. Students are paired with industry mentors to learn about their experiences and skills in a flexible and self-paced format.
Meetings are scheduled based on mutual availability, with mentors and mentees expected to commit 8-10 hours over the 3-month period.
The Global Mentorship Program, designed by Global Digital Excellence Association (GDEXA) and CAO, is a structured mentorship programme that connects students with industry experts from Europe and the US.
Participants are paired with a mentor for personalized 1:1 sessions and have the opportunity to attend virtual masterclasses led by industry leaders.
