Register for Convocation
Only graduates who have registered their attendance online will be permitted to attend NTU Convocation.
Each attending graduate can invite 2 guests to attend the ceremony and may ballot for an additional invitation (if required) when indicating the attendance during registration.
The portal for registration of attendance will be open from 15 to 30 June 2026 for graduates and graduating students. For graduates completing their studies in Trimester 3, the Convocation Online Form will be accessible from 18 to 30 June 2026. We apologise that we are unable to accommodate late requests after registration is closed.
The Convocation Online Form will be available from 15 June 2026, 10:00 AM onwards.
Registration
Please ensure that your NTU email account is activated and accessible, as all Convocation-related information, including the One-Time Password (OTP) generated for registration, will be sent to graduates via this email account. If your email account has been disabled, you may reactivate it through Service Desk.
How to log in for Registration:

- Enter your Matriculation Number.
- Select “Generate OTP”. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your NTU email.

- The OTP will be valid for 5 minutes. If the OTP has expired, click “Back” to generate a new OTP.
- Enter the OTP to log in to the Convocation Online Form.
During Registration:
- Indicate your attendance for the ceremony. (For graduates from double degree programmes with two assigned ceremonies, please indicate your attendance for both ceremonies accordingly.)
- Indicate whether you wish to ballot for additional guest tickets.
- Indicate if you and/or your guest(s) require special assistance or have accessibility needs (e.g., wheelchair, crutches) so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
- Provide your name pronunciation details (if required).
- Complete the career survey.
- Select “Submit”.
After Submission:
- A confirmation page displaying your submitted information will be shown upon successful submission.
- If no confirmation page appears, your information may not have been captured. In this case, access the form again and resubmit.
- An acknowledgement email containing a transaction number (displayed beside your name) will also be sent to your NTU email address. Due to high email volumes during this period, please allow some time for delivery.

You may access and update your submission at any time during the registration period. The submission recorded as of 30 June 2026 will be considered the final record.
