Register for Convocation

Only graduates who have registered their attendance online will be permitted to attend NTU Convocation. 

Each attending graduate can invite 2 guests to attend the ceremony and may ballot for an additional invitation (if required) when updating the attendance during registration.

The portal for registration of attendance will be open from 10 to 24 June 2024 for graduates and graduating students. We apologise that we are unable to accommodate late requests after registration is closed.


To register, please prepare your Matriculation Number and your Date of Birth. Kindly refer to the Schedule of Ceremonies for your ceremony date. 

You are reminded to update your personal particulars and local contact details during registration. In addition, if you or your guest(s) have accessibility challenges (e.g. wheelchair-bound, on crutches and etc.), kindly indicate in the registration form so as to facilitate the necessary arrangements. 



Upon successful submission of the online form, you will receive a confirmation page displaying the information that you have submitted. You may also access and update your submission within the registration period (the submission captured as of 24 June 2024 would be the final record captured in the system).

If there is no confirmation page, it may mean that the information was not captured by the system. You would need to access and resubmit the online form.
