Eligibility for Convocation
To be eligible for Convocation for the Class of 2026, you must have been formally determined by the University as having fulfilled all the requirements for your degree by 30 June 2026.
- For graduating students who participate in overseas programme in Semester 2, AY 2025/26, you must submit all relevant documents for credit transfer by 15 June 2026.
- For higher degree students, all reports pertaining to the examination of thesis/dissertation, including oral exam report (if applicable) must reach the Office of Academic Services by 29 May 2026.
For students whose results/reports do not reach the Office of Academic Services by the stipulated deadlines, you will be conferred your degree after confirmation of successful completion of your relevant programme. You will join the convocation in the following year.
Collection of Degree Certificate and Transcript
Graduates will be able to receive their hardcopy degree certificates and official transcripts during Convocation (if they have registered to attend Convocation). Collection of the official documents on behalf of other graduates who do not attend Convocation is strictly prohibited.
For graduates who are not attending Convocation, the official documents will be available for collection at One Stop @ SAC from 5 August 2026 onwards (on an appointment basis). Graduates will be notified via their NTU email account once the documents are ready for collection at One Stop @ SAC.
