Introduction
This course offers a comprehensive exploration of organisational culture and leadership, focusing on critical topics essential for effective project management. By providing a foundational overview of project organisation structures rooted in organisational culture and leadership, learners can develop essential leadership skills and gain valuable insights for navigating complex and uncertain project environments. Furthermore, the course equips learners with the skills to tackle common workplace challenges, including team conflict resolution and management of multicultural teams, by addressing prevalent people-related issues within organisations. Through a dynamic learning approach, learners will actively engage in enhancing their leadership capabilities and proficiency in managing diverse teams effectively.This course is credit-bearing (3AU) and stackable to:
- Graduate Certificate in Project Management (9 AU)
- FlexiMasters in Project Management (15 AU)
- Master of Science in Project Management (30 AU)
Learners will receive their Statement of Accomplishment (for a grade of D and above) or Certificate of Participation for each course—dependent upon their assessment performance.
As the micro-credential courses are only offered in this FlexiMasters in Project Management programme, learners are required to enrol into this programme and complete all required courses within this programme.
Recommended for learners employed in Project Management-related roles or have previous work experience in Project Management-related roles, so as to better benefit from and appreciate the programme contents.
