International Women's Day Celebrations
Women@NTU celebrates the International Women's Day by holding events that are open to the NTU community and beyond. In partnerships with the community, these events serve as forums to highlight women's accomplishments, contributions, impacts and to discuss the way forward to foster solidarity and a sense of belonging.

To celebrate IWD 2025, Women@NTU collaborates with Institute for Collective Place Leadership at Teesside University and British Council to hold a half-day conference on Women in Academia and Academic Leadership.
