  • Core Values and Principles of Business Agility: Interactive session on how foundational values and principles underpin agile success.
Building the Agile Framework
  • Empowering Agile Teams: Discussion on the composition of effective teams and the importance of empowerment and autonomy.
  • Driving Customer Value through Continuous Learning: Techniques for shifting focus from outputs to outcomes and creating customer delight.
  • Vision and Purpose: Workshop on crafting a compelling vision and aligning team efforts towards a shared goal

  • Overcoming Blind Spots and Cognitive Biases: Tools and techniques to identify and mitigate personal and organizational blind spots.
Behavioural Dynamics in Agility
  • High-Performance Questioning: How to use powerful questions to foster a culture of inquiry and insight.
  • Visualizing Value and Eliminating Waste: Techniques for making value visible and tangible within organizational processes.
  • Polarity Management: Interactive exercise on managing paradoxes and optimizing outcomes through ‘both/and’ thinking.

Day 3

Agile Frameworks and Tools
  • Lean Thinking and Systems Dynamics: Simplifying processes and focusing on value creation through systems thinking.
  • Introduction to Lean Startup and Design Thinking: Applying rapid prototyping and iterative design to business processes.
  • Kanban and Continuous Improvement: Practical session on implementing Kanban to manage workflows effectively.
