Learners will receive their Statement of Accomplishment (for a grade of D and above) or Certificate of Participation for this course—dependent upon their assessment performance.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
  • Apply knowledge of the structure and organization including manpower planning of the construction industry in their workplaces.
  • Manage the various types and scopes of construction contracts, the roles of different parties, developing and implementing manpower plans to support strategic and operational needs and the associated professional issues.
  • Utilize their understanding of key construction management processes, including costing, estimating, tendering and various construction processes and activities.
  • Execute practices from construction projects, typical case studies and technology applications.
This course is designed for working professionals who wish to develop skills that can be used in the construction industry to aid in project management and other construction activities. Learners who have at least 5 years of relevant working experience or hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognised institution will have better grasp of the content.
