Computer Accounts

Please look out for the Confirmation of Acceptance email sent to your inbox/ junk after you have confirmed your acceptance. It states your matriculation number and particulars. For international full time students, your SOLAR details will be indicated in the email.

The system will also prompt you to set up an email account with us. Future email correspondences will be communicated via the NTU email account.

Your Office 365 EDU account will be activated 1 working day after you have selected your network account username via the acceptance link.

Important Notes:

• The initial password for your network account and Office 365 EDU account is your matriculation number (with all alphabets in upper-case). Default email address: [email protected]
• You must  change your network account password before accessing any e-services.
