Course Description: Business and data analytics play a major role in any business or organization. Increasingly, organisations require quality data to help them understand the market, customers, competitors and their own activity. Businesses and organizations are progressively moving towards a data-driven culture – where data-driven decisions and the deployment of data-related processes such as data collection, data consolidation and data governance – are central to business sustainability. As businesses operate in a digital environment, artificial intelligence (AI) tools used to support work and decision making are also becoming common place. With these trends and the trend towards self-service analytics – analytics is distributed out to functional and divisional lines – more and more, every job role will be working with data and with it the skill needed to handle data.
