There's no question that girls and women continue to face barriers every day that go above and beyond the need for encouragement when choosing a STEM career. In this panel, we invite inspiring speakers and student leaders to discuss how to bring STEM forward by empowering women with added support and skillsets to bridge their career transitions, and identifying opportunities and prioritizing action steps for hiring to increase the women workforce in STEM.
