Across Nanyang Technological University, districts lie unclaimed, pathways abandoned, and landmarks stripped of power. What remains is land, familiar yet fiercely contested. Welcome to Camp Avaritia, where ambition is sharpened into strategy.

Four rival clans now rise within Hall V, each seeking to dominate the NTU landscape. From lecture theatres to iconic campus landmarks, every territory represents influence and control. With no money to rely on, only Property and Action Cards remain. Every deal reshapes the map, every alliance is fragile, and every completed property set tightens a clan’s grip on NTU itself.

This Orientation is a contest of dominance, not generosity. Power belongs to those who claim, defend, and expand their territory across campus. When the final move is made, only one clan will stand above the rest, having built the strongest empire within Hall V and beyond. In Avaritia, you either own NTU or you are owned by it.
