A new cohort of aspiring doctors
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at NTU Singapore welcomed 190 aspiring students in a White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2031, marking the start of their journey into medicine.
The ceremony was graced by NTU Pro-Chancellor Ms Jennie Chua, who was the Guest-of-Honour for the event. Professor Joseph Sung, LKCMedicine Dean and NTU Senior Vice President (Health & Life Sciences), and Associate Professor Faith Chia, Vice-Dean (Education) at LKCMedicine, delivered the welcome and keynote addresses, while Professor Vernon Lee, CEO, Communicable Diseases Agency delivered the closing speech as the guest speaker.
