If No Student Record is Found in the SimplyGo Database, please follow the instructions below:

  • The photo guidelines must meet SimplyGo's requirements for printing onto the Concession Card.
  • Failure to meet the requirements can result in delay or rejection of application.

Important Note:

  1. Please note that name up to 32 characters including spacing indicated on the application form will be printed on the card.
  2. During the application exercise, students who have any enquiries are encouraged to contact SimplyGo Hotline at 6883 5048. The hotline is available daily from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, except on public holidays.
  3. FY26/27 freshmen who submitted their concession card application during the bulk application exercise may collect their concession card at One Stop@SAC. An email notification will be sent via NTU email once the card is ready for collection.
  4. Concession cards issued to FY26/27 freshmen through the bulk application exercise are pre-activated and ready for use upon collection.
