If No Student Record is Found in the SimplyGo Database, please follow the instructions below:

  • The photo guidelines must meet SimplyGo's requirements for printing onto the Concession Card.
  • Failure to meet the requirements can result in delay or rejection of application.

Note:

  1. Please note that name up to 32 characters including spacing indicated on the application form will be printed on the card.
  2. During the application exercise, students who have any enquiries are encouraged to contact SimplyGo Hotline at 1800-2255663.  The hotline is available daily from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, except on public holidays.
  3. Concession cards applied during the bulk application exercise are pre-activated for use.
