If Student Record is Not Found in SimplyGo Database, please follow the instructions below:

  • Photo submission is required for AY25/26 Freshmen Undergraduate Students intake onwards.
  • The photo guidelines must meet SimplyGo's requirements for printing onto the Concession Card.
  • Failure to meet the requirements can result in delay or rejection of application.

Please note that name up to 32 characters including spacing indicated on the application form will be printed on the card.
