Termination / Loss / Replacement of Concession Card for NTU Students

Withdrawal from NTU | Head down to any SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs) to request for refund of the remaining travel value (if any) and return your Concession Card.

Lost and Found Concession Card | If your lost concession card is found and returned to One Stop@SAC, you will be notified via NTU email to collect the found card at One Stop@SAC. To make a loss report, please contact SimplyGo’s hotline at 1800-2255663 (8am to 6pm daily, except on public holidays). You will need to provide your NRIC/Concession card number and contact number. If you are calling after operating hours, please leave your contact number. SimplyGo will return your call the next day. The loss report is irreversible once lodged and the concession card will no longer be usable even if found. We advise you to do a thorough search before making the loss report. SimplyGo will not be liable for any misuse before the card is cancelled. Any remaining value will be refunded in cash after 10 working days. For all students: Please also inform the National Library Board about the lost Concession card to avoid any misuse. |
