Collection of Concession Card

Bulk Application Exercise

(16 Jul to 29 Aug 2025) 

For all applications applied via SimplyGo website or SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs), student will be informed via NTU email account to collect the concession card from One Stop@SAC within 15 working days upon online submission

After Bulk Exercise

(From 2 Sep 2025 onwards)

For applications applied at SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres (TSCs),
the concession card will be processed and issued on the spot.

For approved online applications applied via SimplyGo website, the concession card will be mailed to student’s residential address indicated in the application form.

Activate the concession card at any SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs) with original NRIC/Passport/Re-entry Permit/Foreign Student Pass (FIN) with a minimum top-up of S$5.
