Bulk Application Exercise (13 Jul to 30 Aug 2026) |
For all applications applied via SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs), SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres (TSCs), SimplyGo website and SimplyGo app, students will be informed via NTU email account to collect the concession card from One Stop@SAC within 15 working days after successful application. Collection is strictly by appointment only.

After Bulk Exercise (From 3 Sep 2026 onwards)
| For applications applied at SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres (TSCs), the concession card will be processed and issued on the spot. |
For approved online applications submitted via the SimplyGo website or SimplyGo app, the concession card will be mailed to the student’s residential address as indicated in the application form.
Activate the concession card at any SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs) with original NRIC/Passport/Re-entry Permit/Foreign Student Pass (FIN) with a minimum top-up of S$5.
