Discovery Days are a key part of NTU’s Transition and Orientation Programme (TOP). It’s a month-long series of fun, interactive activities designed to help you explore life at NTU - socially, personally, academically, and beyond the classroom. It’s your chance to discover the opportunities that will shape your NTU experience.
Discovery Days are specially created for first-year NTU freshmen. Whether you’re feeling curious, excited, or a little uncertain - Discovery Days are for you.
Expect bite-sized experiences like mini workshops, pop-up booths, sports and arts try-outs, and networking sessions. Each activity is themed around a transition domain: Personal, Academic, Social, or Co-Curricular. Some are playful, some are reflective - all are designed to help you settle in, meet others, and start strong.
Discovery Days run on selected days from mid-August to late September, across various campus locations. Find out more in the registration pages of the various programmes.

Nope, participation in Discovery Days is completely optional - but highly encouraged! It’s your one-time opportunity to explore opportunities in NTU through a guided, creative, and student-friendly experience. Come for the fun, stay for the insights.
