Offsite Enrolment Exercise (OSE)

NTU, in collaboration with ICA, will be holding OSE from 5 - 7, 13 -14 & 17 - 20 August 2026 at NTU Nanyang Auditorium Exhibition Hall, Level 3.

International students may proceed to register for an appointment via this link once you have received the email invitation.

OSE is strictly by appointment only and last day of registration for NTU OSE will end on 

18 August 2026.

If your Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) is expiring, kindly extend it here.

All international students who have been accepted as full-time matriculated or registered students are required to hold a valid Student’s Pass issued by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for their studies at NTU.

Please ensure that you have a valid Pass at all times in Singapore. Overstaying is a punishable offence under the Immigration Act. You need to extend your Social Visit Pass or Student's Pass before it expires.
