NTUSE / NTUST Bond Matters

With effect from 1 April 2026, the administration of your scholarship will be managed by the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) on behalf of Nanyang Technological University. This is an administrative change to make it convenient for you as you only need to approach MOE on matters related to both your tuition grant and scholarship bond fulfilment. For avoidance of doubt, this change does not affect any of your existing obligations under the scholarship agreement.

This also means that you can submit employment updates for both your scholarship and tuition grant bonds on the same online Tuition Grant & Scholarships portal (Tuition Grant & Scholarships).
