Long-Term Visit Pass (only for spouse/children of full-time graduate students)

1.Application of Entry Visa

If your spouse and children require an Entry Visa to visit Singapore, please note that we are unable to assist with the visa application. They can apply for the visa at a Singapore mission in your home country.

Request for Support Letter1

 

Digital Student’s Pass (STP) must be issued before requesting for support letter.

Write in to Ask One Stop@NTU, select “Student Pass, LTVP” as the category and submit with the following documents attached.

Required Documents:

  • Copy of the Digital Student's Pass
  • Duly completed Form 14 (Spouse/Child)
  • Recent passport-sized colour photograph(s) of Spouse/Child pasted on Form 14
  • Spouse/Child’s Electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass)
  • Spouse/Child's passport
  • Children's birth certificate (if applying for child)
  • Marriage certificate (if applying for spouse)

 Note:

Original documents will be required by ICA for the LTVP application. If any documents are not in English, please provide original and official translations.

You will be notified via your NTU email within one week once the letter of support is ready.

      Requesting for Access Code from ICA


      With the support letter, the STP Holder will need to write to ICA via LTVP enquiry form to request for Access Code.

      Please upload the followings in the enquiry form:

      • Support letter
      • A clear scanned copy of spouse/child’s passport particulars page (showing full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and its date of issue/expiry)
      • Children's birth certificate (if applying for child)
      • Marriage certificate (if applying for spouse)
      • Copy of Digital Student’s Pass 
        4.Sponsor Declaration Form
        • Once you received the Sponsor Declaration Form from ICA, please submit a query through Ask One Stop, attach the Sponsor Declaration form.  One Stop staff will upload the duly signed Sponsor Declaration form via Ask One Stop.

        The STP holder will need to upload the signed Sponsor Declaration form and any other documents required by ICA in the online application and make payment.

        5.Outcome of Application of Long-term visit Pass

        ICA will email the outcome directly to the applicant/student.

        Note

        • ICA may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to process the application.
        • At all times, please ensure your family members have a valid pass to stay whilst in Singapore.
        6.Cancellation of Long-Term Visit Pass

        Once you cease to be a NTU student, your spouse/children must submit their LTVP cancellation request through ICA online form

        Upon cancellation of the LTVP, they will be granted a short-term visit pass if they are in Singapore at the point of cancellation.
