Group Travel Insurance (GTI) Policy

Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited (Policy Number 52324311) has been appointed by NTU for the Group Travel Insurance.

All full time matriculated NTU undergraduate and postgraduate students travelling embarking on university sanctioned overseas immersion trips after 1 January 2022, are automatically covered under NTU's Group Travel Insurance (GTI).

Students may check with their designated Programme Managers if their overseas trip is a university-sanctioned travel.

 

(Only applicable for students admitted to NTU AY2019 or earlier)

Students (full time matriculated) who are admitted to NTU in academic year 2019 or earlier are required to pay the following rates in SGD$ to be covered under the Student Group Travel Insurance.

Please refer to the instruction from the organising school or department for payment through One Stop Payment Portal  link.

You may refer to the Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the Summary of Benefits and Covid-related coverage (under page 3). Personal trips occurring immediately before or after official travel period may be covered up to maximum of 90 days total. 

You may submit your claims via the Chubb’s claim submission portal here  

Claims are to be submitted as soon as possible after the occurrence or within 30 days of the occurrence of any event.

Upon receipt of ALL supporting documents, insurer will take about 14 to 21 working days to process the claim. For the more complicated cases, a longer duration is expected.
