Hall of Residence 1 (30 NYL)
Built in 1955, Hall of Residence 1 is set to undergo a refresh in 2026, with renovations expected to take approximately one year. During this period, Hall 1 residents will be temporarily housed at 30 Nanyang Link. From mid-July 2027 onwards, they will return to a newly refreshed Hall of Residence 1.
