The Nanyang EMBA programme is designed for outstanding senior leaders who have the ambition to build further on their already considerable experience. Our EMBA cohorts reflect a rich variety of professional profiles and industries, with each selected participant capable of contributing to classroom discussions and active participation to enrich peer-to-peer learning.
Admission Requirements:
- Minimum ten years of work experience with at least five years in a leadership capacity*
- Undergraduate degree*
- Complete fluency in English, both oral and written
- TOEFL score > 100 IBT or IELTS score > 6.5, if English was not the medium of instruction used at the undergraduate level
* Candidates without an undergraduate degree or ten years of work experience but outstanding career accomplishments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Programme Fee (2026 Intake):
The programme’s tuition fee is S$126,000 before prevailing government taxes. It covers tuition, most teaching materials and meals when classes are in session. Classes could be hybrid, face-to-face or online sessions. The fee does not include accommodation or travel-related expenses.
The application fee is S$200. An enrolment fee of S$21,800 is payable upon acceptance of offer and this will be deductible from the full tuition fee. Both the application fee and enrolment are non-refundable.
Duration & Format:
Delivered part-time over 13 months from April to May, with the flexibility to extend up to 24 months.
One intake per year - commencing every April.
Delivery Mode:
The programme consists of six intensive segments, each running approximately one to two weeks, spaced 2–3 months apart to minimise disruption to your work responsibilities.
Class are conducted on campus at NTU Singapore, with immersive segments held at our esteemed partner institutions – Tsinghua University (Beijing) and the University of California, Berkeley.
Total out of office days are approximately 53 days, allowing you to pursue transformative learning without stepping away from your leadership role for extended periods.

Global Citizen Scholarship
With the aim of attracting highly mobile and adaptable leaders who have rich experience in different geographical locations, this scholarship is open to all individuals who have lived and/or worked in two or more countries – the duration in each country to be greater than a year.
ASEAN Development Scholarship
This scholarship is open to nationals of ASEAN member countries (excluding Singapore). As part of NTU’s effort to accelerate economic and social progress in the Member States of ASEAN, successful scholars need to demonstrate strong career progression and be willing to champion the dynamic development of their country and the ASEAN community. Singapore citizens, SPRs, and recipients of other scholarships or bursaries are not eligible to apply.
Healthcare Leader Scholarship
Offered to healthcare professionals including the pharmaceutical sector, this scholarship recognises the contribution of leaders in driving transformation for healthcare.
Applicants keen on applying for a scholarship should indicate their interest in the application form and complete the two scholarship essays as part of the application requirement.
Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications early as we will review applications whenever they are received.
Other Grants and Incentives
- NTU Alumni Grant
NTU alumni who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate programme will receive a 10% grant (before GST) on tuition fees. This one-time grant is applied to the final tuition payment.
- Nanyang EMBA Referral Grant
We value the strength of our alumni network and the trust our graduates place in the programme. New participants referred by a Nanyang EMBA alumnus or current participant are eligible for a one-time grant of 10% off tuition fees (before prevailing GST). This grant applies strictly to tuition fees and does not cover other programme-related costs.
- Corporate Sponsorship & Support
Corporate sponsorship can be a key enabler of your EMBA journey. We encourage prospective candidates to engage their organisations early to explore support options—whether in the form of full or partial sponsorship, or flexible learning arrangements.

- SkillsFuture Credit (Singapore Citizens Only)
The Nanyang Executive MBA is an approved course under the SkillsFuture Credit framework: - All Singaporeans aged 25 and above are eligible for an initial credit of S$500.
- A one-time top-up of S$500 was provided in 2020 to those aged 40 to 60.
