Vaping / Smoking

The World Health Organisation has warned that  e-cigarettes are harmful to health and that they are  not safer alternatives to regular cigarettes. Studies have also shown that vaping is associated with increased risk of developing heart and lung diseases in the short term.

Similarly, smoking tobacco contributes to several different types of cancer, including lung, oral and nasopharynx (nose and throat) cancer. It also raises the risk of heart diseases and strokes. Worse, smoking harms those around you due to the harmful chemicals found in secondhand smoke.
