CN Yang Scholars Programme (CNYSP)

Signature Programme

The CN Yang Scholars Programme (CNYSP) is an NTU Signature Programme for undergraduate students aspiring to become future leaders in science and engineering. 

The programme features a special undergraduate curriculum emphasizing research skills, multidisciplinary inquiry, and collaboration. CN Yang scholars also receive special support for overseas experiences to build connections with leading scientists and engineers around the world.

Applicant must possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Local Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or equivalent qualifications.

For a successful application, the applicant must be enrolled in any of the following courses at NTU:

The CN Yang Scholars Programme (CNYSP) offers a rigorous and multidisciplinary four-year undergraduate curriculum designed to develop a strong foundation in sciences and research. Throughout their studies, scholars engage in research attachment, culminating in a Final Year Project at leading overseas institutions.

The curriculum combines academic depth, hands-on research experience, and global exposure to prepare scholars for graduate studies and careers at the frontiers of science, technology, and innovation.
