The two-year Programme will be your springboard for success in higher education management and non-academic careers at NTU. As a Management Associate, you can look forward to hands-on job rotations and exposure to different aspects of university management, mentoring from experienced leaders, and a robust leadership and development roadmap for you to realise your full potential.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals who are driven, tenacious and resourceful. You should also be a good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Those with proven leadership abilities will also be favourably considered.
Fresh graduates from diverse disciplines of study, with good university results and CCA track records, are welcome to apply. Working professionals with less than three years of working experience may also apply.

Our selection process is merit-based and evaluates candidates based on their competencies and personal qualities. This will include case studies, psychometric tests and interviews among others; allowing us to select the best talents to join the Management Associate Programme.
The Management Associate Programme is designed to help fresh graduates and young professionals build a broad spectrum of skills through rotations in different job functions. With that in mind, Management Associates will be given postings that align with their overall career aspirations, while considering the needs of the University.
