Are you a fresh graduate or working professional in your early career who is driven to succeed, and wants to make a positive impact in the world? The NTU Management Associate Programme (download e-brochure) will be a great place to start.
The two-year Programme will be your springboard for success in higher education management and non-academic careers at NTU. As a Management Associate, you can look forward to hands-on job rotations and exposure to different aspects of university management, mentoring from experienced leaders, and a robust leadership and development roadmap for you to realise your full potential.
At NTU, we pride ourselves in being at the forefront of new ideas and solutions to address humanity’s biggest challenges. You will be part of a genuinely collaborative environment, and work with our faculty and researchers to drive NTU's four core
pillars – education, research, innovation and community – and shape a better world.
We are looking for individuals who are driven, tenacious and resourceful. You should also be a good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Those with proven leadership abilities will also be favourably considered.
Fresh graduates from diverse disciplines of study, with good university results and CCA track records, are welcome to apply. Working professionals with less than three years of working experience may also apply.
