Frequently Asked Questions

Our selection process is merit-based and evaluates candidates based on their competencies and personal qualities. This will include case studies, psychometric tests and interviews among others; allowing us to select the best talents to join the Management Associate Programme.

There will be about 10-15 Management Associates in each cohort.
We are looking for candidates who are keen problem-solvers, have strong interpersonal skills and are able to drive for tangible outcomes. If you do not have any relevant internship or work experience, you should highlight past experiences where you have demonstrated such qualities.
You will be paid a competitive starting salary for young talents. Those with past working experience will be remunerated accordingly. Bonuses and increments will be tied to your performance.
Successful Management Associates can expect postings to a broad spectrum of roles, including departments in NTU’s corporate functions, such as Information Technology, Finance, Communications, Student & Academic Services, or at the University’s Colleges/Schools and Research Centres.

The Management Associate Programme is designed to help fresh graduates and young professionals build a broad spectrum of skills through rotations in different job functions. With that in mind, Management Associates will be given postings that align with their overall career aspirations, while considering the needs of the University.

At NTU, the career progression for each employee is dependent on their work performance, demonstrated skills, competencies and ability to take on greater responsibilities. We believe in fair treatment for all employees based on merit.
