      Teo Khee Hwee Eric

      Teo Khee Hwee Eric

      Eric Teo has more than 25 years of accounting experience and serves as an adjunct/associate professor and consultant to various universities, both local and overseas. At Ernst & Young (EY), Eric was a founding member of the global valuation and business modelling network's Technical Standards Group, serving on the Steering Committee. He was also involved in developing a learning curriculum and training materials for the global valuation practice. Experienced in corporate strategy, investments and divestitures, fairness opinions, and business valuation, Eric has worked in many industries for SMEs, MNCs, and public listed groups, covering litigation support, tax planning, restructuring and compliance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and financial reporting. Eric is actively involved in the professional development and education arena, and is a regular speaker at regulatory bodies and professional organisations. Since 2000, he has been involved in postgraduate and undergraduate programmes of international institutions and universities. Eric is a Chartered accountants (Singapore), Chartered accountants (Australia and New Zealand), CPA (Australia), Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (Singapore), Senior Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

      Tse Yue Jen Eugene

      Tse Yue Jen Eugene

      Eugene Tse Managing Director, Mergerstone Capital Pte Ltd Eugene is the founder and Managing Director in Mergerstone Capital, an M&A firm based in Singapore, part of Pandea Global M&A, a global alliance of M&A firms with 58 offices in 33 countries internationally. In his career, Eugene has successfully completed several middle market cross border M&A deals in sectors such as in precision engineering, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), cyber security, apparel manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, food services, aviation amongst others. Prior to starting his own practice, Eugene worked in global investment banks such as Houlihan Lokey and EY Corporate Finance. He successfully listed a furniture company on the SGX in 2014 and joined the board for 2 years as its Executive Director. Eugene also spent a few years in private equity, investing in mid market companies. He started his career in the Singapore government public service in Enterprise Singapore. Eugene volunteers as the Vice President of the Enterprise Singapore Society, the Alumni society of the Enterprise Singapore. Eugene has completed an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School, an Excellence in Finance Program in The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Leadership and Entrepreneurship Programs in the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He also holds a Master of Applied Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University.

      Montano Elisa Masil

      Elisa Montano Associate Partner, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Pte Ltd Elisa is an Associate Partner in Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Pte Ltd. She has worked in capital markets for over 20 years, with transactional experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestments, independent financial advisory, privatisation and delisting, fund-raising and deal structuring. Elisa has advised companies, including companies listed on the Singapore Exchange, real estate investment trusts (REITs), business trusts and government statutory boards in areas of real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, food and beverage, consumer and manufacturing. Elisa obtained her Masters in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) degree from the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
