General Questions

To apply, click on the red “Apply Now” button located at the left-hand side of each course catalogue page at tms.ntu.edu.sg. All applications are to be submitted online. To ensure a place in the programme/course, you are encouraged to submit your application as early as possible.

Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, prior to the programme/course start date. The invoice will contain the payment instructions.

All requests for withdrawal and refund must be submitted in writing.

Refunds requested prior to the programme/course commencement date may be subjected to an administrative fee and the deduction of any non-refundable pre-paid amounts. No refunds will be granted once the programme/course has commenced.
