Research Informed Education for Future-Ready Learners: 5 Lessons Learnt from 4th Tranche Education Research Funding Programme

This report documents the ongoing consolidation of lessons drawn from the Education Research Funding Programme (ERFP) in the 4th tranche of funding (FY2018–2022). This report draws out lessons learnt from ongoing research, specifically from the 4th tranche, intending to link to past lessons learnt and key educational initiatives as ERFP moves into the 5th tranche (FY2023–2028).

Following from Teachers at the Heart of System Change: A Consolidation of OER Research (Hung et al., 2017) which consolidated ongoing research transitioning from the 2nd to 3rd tranche of ERFP funding and OER—CRPP Innovations for Pedagogical Change: Five Lessons (Kwek et al., 2017) which summarised ongoing research from the 3rd tranche in relation to pedagogical innovation and change in the education system, this report draws out lessons learnt from ongoing research, specifically from the 4th tranche, intending to link to past lessons learnt and key educational initiatives as ERFP moves into the 5th tranche (FY2023–2028).
