MOH has provided a flowchart below to guide HBR researchers to determine if your previously collected Human biological materials/ Health information (HBM/HI) is allowed to be used after the Exemption period ends on 31 Oct 2019. This is especially if HBM/HI previously collected did not undergo full Appropriate Consent from the human subjects.
