雷雨频发影响航班起降和地勤人员安全 气象署开发新品与服务应对气候挑战

Lianhe Zaobao featured Asst Prof Wang Jingyu on his expertise to share more about the MET-Air Traffic Management Integration system that would be developed by the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS), according to National Environment Agency’s (NEA) Integrated Sustainability Report. Asst Prof Wang shared more about the frequency of thunderstorms in the region and why the system would be useful to deal with the weather, airport and aircraft operations.
