Tamil Murasu noted that 37-year-old lecturer Mr Dinesh Thulasitharan was one of the recipients of this year's Best Teacher Award of ITE. During the pandemic, Mr Thulasitharan provided students who faced mental health issues with guidance and support over the phone. To upskill, he is pursuing a Master's degree course at NIE.
