Two OER Academics among Top-5 Most Influential Authors in the Field of Mobile Learning Worldwide
Dr Wong Lung Hsiang, Senior Research Scientist at the Office of Education Research (OER), and Dr Peter Seow, OER Research Scientist, are the top 4th and 5th influential authors of academic literature in the field of mobile learning worldwide as determined by Dr Idris Goksu, Asst Prof, Department of Educational Sciences, Mardin Artuklu University, Turkey.
Dr Goksu conducted a study seeking to determine the tendency towards research in the field of mobile learning. His findings were published in the journal Telematics and Informatics, in a paper titled “Bibliometric mapping of mobile learning”. The study covered 5,167 relevant publications indexed by the Web of Science database as of September 2019.
