SLL’s Getting to Zero incorporated into Republic Polytechnic core module

SLL kicked off its collaboration with Republic Polytechnic by conducting a training workshop for faculty members through a workshop on driving sustainability through play on 24 April 2026. The session, hosted by Dr Tricia Seow and game designer Ms Melissa Low, engaged participants on how to incorporate game-based learning in coursework related to sustainability issues. From April 2026, all incoming students enrolled in the School of Applied Sciences will be experiencing Getting to Zero’s learning affordances as part of their core module. SLL will continue to work with other faculty members on how to infuse its suite of games to support the polytechnic’s sustainability efforts.
