Parents play an important role in the hero selection of children, and their early exposure to the personalities considered heroes is highly dependent on their parents.

Therefore, parents need to discuss with their children about positive role models and influences so that these children can achieve self-actualization, said a lecturer at the Asian Language and Culture Academic Group (AG) (ALC) of the National Institute of Education (NIE) Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Dr Roszalina Rawi in an interview with Berita Harian.
