NIE Researchers Publish in the Journal of Educational Management Administration & Leadership

Dr Jeanne Ho, Senior Teaching Fellow at the Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practice, Dr Chua Puay Huat, Senior Teaching Fellow at the Office of Education Research (OER), and Ms Norhayati Binte Munir, OER Research Assistant, have published in the journal of Educational Management Administration & Leadership.

The paper, titled “Integrating Distributed with Ecological Leadership: Through the Lens of Activity Theory” examines the leadership process in implementing an educational innovation through an ecological perspective. This is based on a project study from “Diffusing Education Innovations at Different Levels of the System: Perspectives from Ecological Leadership”, on which Dr Ho is the Principal Investigator (PI), and Dr Chua is a co-PI.
