New Education Normal: Computational Thinking Education in India and Indonesia

The tenth New Education Normal webinar took place on 23 April 2021, on the topic of “Computational Thinking Education in India and Indonesia”.

Computational Thinking (CT) is advocated as a critical literacy in education, and invited speakers from India and Indonesia shared international perspectives on the why, how, and what of CT education. Dr Inggriani Liem, Chairperson of Bebras Indonesia NBO, shared on the work done through Bebras in Indonesia, and Mr Vipul Shah, Head (Education and Skilling), Global Corporate Social Responsibility, Tata Consultancy Services, shared on bringing CT to schools in India through the CSpathshala programme he created.

The session was moderated by Dr Peter Seow, Research Scientist, , and was attended by 40 people from around the world.
