Members from the Science of Learning in Education presented at MOE's Standing Platform

On 30 March 2023, MOE’s 1Q Standing Platform for research in 2023 on optimal learning and health during early life and the school years was conducted. Asst/P Azilawati Jamaludin, Dr Astrid Schmied, Dr Aishah Abdul Rahman and Dr Yang Yifan presented on behalf of SoLEC. Asst/P Azilawati Jamaludin presented an introduction to SoLEC, Dr Astrid Schmied gave a presentation on “Advancing Learning During the School Years Through School-University Research Partnerships”, Dr Aishah Abdul Rahman presented on “Understanding the Factors that Influence Executive Functions in Adolescents” and Dr Yang Yifan presented on “Weight Loss on Cognitive Performance in Elderly Men”. The session concluded with Q&A between MOE and the attendees.
