Assoc Prof Koh Koon Teck Publishes in European Physical Education Review
Assoc Prof Koh Koon Teck, Head of NIE’s Physical Education and Sports Science Academic Group (PESS), has published a paper in European Physical Education Review titled “Teachers’ and students’ perceptions of factors influencing the adoption of information communication and technologies in physical education in Singapore schools”.
The paper is based on Assoc Prof Koh’s research findings from his project “The Use of Information Communication and Technologies (ICT) Tools to Maximise Students' Learning in Physical Education (PE) in Singapore Schools.” The study was conducted primarily to understand key factors that influence the adoption of ICT in PE as perceived by teachers and students in Singapore schools. Assoc Prof Koh’s co-authors included co-Principal Investigator on the project, Assoc Prof Martin Camiré, School of Human Kinetics, University of Ottowa, Mr Warrick Tan, PESS Research Assistant (RA), and Ms Maria Agnes Alcantara Paculdar, ex-PESS RA.
