Innovations Scaled@ NIE

Knowledge Forum (KF) originated from the University of Toronto by Professors Marlene Scardamalia and Carl Bereiter some three decades ago. NIE researchers have been developing Knowledge Building learning analytics embedded within KF and as stand-alone KB learning analytics. The NIE team has also successfully created models of KB classrooms in Singapore. The NIE team, led by Professor Tan Seng Chee, in collaboration with NTU and the University of Toronto team, is currently redeveloping a new interface of Knowledge Forum. 

Knowledge Forum was launched in NIE on December 2025 and is now available for NIE faculty to access via https://kf6.nie.edu.sg/login. Users can sign in using their NIE Google account.
