Dr Adeline Leong Qinghua

_{Dr Adeline Leong is a Senior Teaching Fellow at Policy, Curriculum and Leadership (PCL) Academic Group. Her keen interest is in facilitating conversations on leadership perspectives and mindsets to understand what and how conditions could enable middle leaders to enact their roles with agency to bring about educational changes in their contexts. She received her Doctor in Education from NIE in 2021 and is part of the MOE teaching fraternity. She had also served as head of department and Vice-Principal in schools, as well as in MOE HQ as Senior Assistant Director.}

Mr Wong Yu Kai William

^{Mr Wong Yu Kai William is a Teaching Fellow in the Policy, Curriculum, and Leadership (PCL) Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NIE NTU, Singapore). He earned his Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Teaching from NIE NTU, where he achieved academic distinction, receiving the ASCD Gold Medal.}

He is a passionate advocate of social justice education, promoting an environment where students have the freedom to fully explore and express their humanity in the classroom. His expertise lies in curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and design thinking. As a teaching fellow, he teaches management and leadership courses, provides consultancy in design thinking and differentiated instruction, and serves as a tutor in post-graduate diploma in education (PGDE) courses, enriching the educational landscape with his multifaceted contributions.

His educational journey includes a role as a chemistry teacher and positions as Project Work (PW) Assistant Chief Internal Moderator (ACIM) and Subject Head (ICT) at a junior college (JC). During this time, he played a pivotal role in fostering school-wide innovation and nurturing teacher professional development as a PW instructional mentor. His dedication to sustainability education was recognised in 2017 when he was honoured with the MOE Innergy Award (Silver) for his leadership in implementing a school-wide food waste recycling program. Additionally, his significant contributions to the professional development of teachers in Design Thinking (DT) led to his conferral as an Associate of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST) in 2014. His innovative approach to science pedagogy, particularly in teaching kinetic theory of matter from a systems approach, was published as a chapter in the book "Alternative Conceptions in the Singapore Science Classroom."
