Visiting Scholar A/P Ben Moorhouse conducted talks at NIE on 14-15 Oct 2025

Visiting Scholar, Associate Professor Ben Moorhouse (Department of English, City University of Hong Kong), visited ELL in October. He gave a research seminar on the topic of “Study quality in the age of AI: Introducing a disciplinary framework for using GenAI in TESOL research” at NIE’s NGLT. 

He also participated in a panel with ELL colleagues from the Literacies Research Group on “GenAI & Literacy: New technology, old challenges?”
