NIE contributes educational expertise to Asia's first experiential climate adaptation hub

The National Institute of Education (NIE), NTU Singapore, is partnering Terra SG and Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) to support the development of Changing Course – Climate Adaptation Hub, Asia's first experiential climate adaptation hub, which is set to open at Sentosa by the end of 2026.

As the education partner, NIE is providing expertise to help shape the hub's educational content and learning experiences. Dr Tricia Seow, sustainability education and experiential learning expert from NIE, has been working with Terra SG to ensure the exhibits are grounded in sound educational principles and effectively engage learners of all ages. Together with academic partners, NIE is helping transform the site into a living classroom that supports climate adaptation education and inspires greater environmental stewardship.
